We collect and use the following data: Apple ID information you provide; user-generated content and file uploads, including but not limited to documents, images, audio files, videos, spreadsheets, presentations, and any other digital content you choose to upload or create within our service; detailed instances of app usage, including times and frequency of interactions with the service; and information and parameters associated with your podcast requests. This data is crucial for personalizing your experience, improving content accuracy, and developing new features. We do not collect or track IP addresses.

3. Our Purpose for Using Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to provide, operate, maintain, improve, and personalize the Castify Service, as well as to develop new products, services, features, and functionality. This includes processing and completing transactions, sending you related information such as purchase confirmations and invoices, and communicating with you about the service. Be aware that any personal information included in documents you upload may be processed by our third-party services as part of podcast creation. We recommend avoiding sensitive personal information in uploaded content.

We implement safeguards to protect your data, but cannot guarantee complete privacy of user-uploaded content. By using our service, you acknowledge this limitation. For concerns about uploaded information, please contact our support team.

Castify retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes. You can request deletion of your personal data through the app at any time. Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your information unless legally required to retain it.
